Lewis Callaway

Lewis Ray Callaway, 80, of Pisgah Forest, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, December 24, 2021. A native of Travelers Rest, SC, he was the son of the late Worthy and Violet Thurston Callaway. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his brothers Carl, James and Praylo and his sisters Grace and Gladys.

He is survived by his wife Rita Callaway; their son David Callaway; and his sister Virginia Hawkins, of Travelers Rest.

A private memorial will be scheduled for a later date.
